This Privacy Policy describes how Prism Sort ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile game Prism Sort (the "App").
Pseudonymous player ID. To sync your purchases, entitlements, and game progress with our game backend (hosted on Amazon Web Services), the App generates a pseudonymous player ID by one-way (SHA-256) hashing of a device identifier. We never store the raw device identifier, and this ID has no connection to your name, email, or app-store account.
Gameplay and entitlement data. Game progress, in-game currency and item balances, and in-app economy events are synced to our backend under the pseudonymous player ID so your purchases and progress can be restored.
Purchase history. If you make an in-app purchase, we receive a platform-issued transaction identifier and the product purchased, which we use to validate the purchase and deliver your items. We do not receive your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Local save data. Your game save is stored on your device, encrypted (AES-256).

Prism Sort is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, contact prismsort@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email prismsort@gmail.com from the device that plays the App (so we can locate your pseudonymous player ID). We respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our backend provider (AWS) operates servers. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards under applicable data protection law.
We use industry-standard measures: AES-256 encryption for local save data, HTTPS/TLS for all network communication, and access controls on server-side data. In the event of a data breach we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
